Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting greenejc@mentorschools.org

Thank you for purchasing tickets to Mentor Theatre. Here are a few reminders:

The lobby doors to the Fine Arts Center will open an hour before the performance and the auditorium will open 30 minutes prior.

You should receive an email or text with links to your tickets.  Please check your junk or spam folder. 
If you did not receive an email, please visit the Box Office when you arrive to have them resent.

Printed programs will not be available for the show.  All programs can be accessed using QR codes posted around the lobby and the auditorium as well.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Mentor High School). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
